About This Show

In partnership with LA Opera, LA Theatre Works presents a “radio theater-style” production of the third and least-known of Beaumarchais’ Figaro plays. Two decades after The Marriage of Figaro, the Count and Countess Almaviva have relocated to Paris, both of them hiding past sins. When a villain uncovers the family secrets, the Almavivas seem certain to lose their fortune as well as their reputations. Figaro must come to the rescue yet again, using all of his wits and wisdom, to ensure that all is forgiven in the end.
