The Bungler

West Coast Ensemble presents the Los Angeles premiere of a brand new adaptation of Molière’s The Bungler, translated by Richard Wilbur and directed by Jules Aaron.

Molière’s wit and humor are demonstrated once again in a fresh, zestful, verse treatment of this hysterical comedy as two gentlemen, Lélie and Léandre, love and pursue the same girl. This is a classic roller-coaster ride of extreme characters, wild plot twists and outrageous style as true love find its way and ultimately conquers all!
