About the Show

In The Awful Grace Of God, A Portrait Of Robert F. Kennedy, Jack Holmes portrays Robert F. Kennedy and the play begins in 1964 during his soul-searching days after the assassination of his older brother President John F. Kennedy, when he was faced with the most important decision of his life: what next? That decision set the course for the remaining four years as he grew from grieving brother to NY Senator to outspoken critic of the war in Vietnam to Democratic Presidential candidate.

Then he walked through the kitchen of the Ambassador Hotel.
