From pieces including Rich Wong’s racy film noir parody Wrong Kind of Woman to Susan Hunter’s twisted portrayal of the classic birds and bees in Heart-to-Heart – from Brad Kayl’s charming relationship episodic Love As We Know It to Steven Korbar’s sexy role-playing games in Mrs. Jansen Isn’t Here Now, the production sizzles with fresh takes on familiar themes, leaving the audience to revel in the inherent truth, present in each piece. With Chris Glik at the piano and a cocktail in everybody’s hand, live jazz casts a spell on the room to complete the already lush mood.
