Pudd’nhead Wilson

This musical retelling of Mark Twain’s story is set in Missouri just before the Civil War. A slave of mixed race switches two babies just after their birth ? her own fair-skinned child and that of her master. The show features an a capella score influenced by African American spirituals, work songs and chants.
