About This Show

Award-winning composer Paul Williams makes a rare appearance in Southern California at the Curtis Theatre in Brea His selections are sure to bring back many fond memories to a close-up audience. Williams has had a long career working with a variety of recording artists
and has been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame for a body of work that includes number of easy listening classics. Among his many memorable songs are, “We’ve Only Just Begun” and “Rainy Days and Mondays” made famous by the Carpenters in the 1970’s. “An Old Fashioned Love Song” was later recorded by Three Dog Night and went to the top of the charts. Williams is also the composer for the Academy Award winner, “Evergreen” which was performed by Barbara Streisand.
