New York City
West Coast Ensemble presents a play in thirteen rounds, Never Swim Alone, written by Daniel MacIvor and directed by Ross Kramer.
This hilarious yet haunting play is about male relationships and rivalry. A “thirteen-round” sequence of scenarios is played out between two lifelong male friends and refereed by a young woman who holds the key to a dark secret of their past. Like a boxing match, the two men bloody each other verbally while the referee takes them closer and closer to confronting a horrible event that has haunted them throughout their adult lives. Let the game begin…
There will be no performance on Thursday, July 1st.
