I Do! I Do!

On one evening, journey back to 1966 where Agnes and Michael begin their life as newlyweds. Through two virtuoso performances, experience their marriage from the first embarrassing moments of the wedding night, having and raising children, illicit affairs, independence, the empty nest, and finally – renewal.

I Do! I Do! features music by Harvey Schmidt and book and lyrics by Tom Jones and is based on the play The Four-Poster by Jan de Hartog. I Do! I Do! is in repertory with The Last Five Years and is part of the Pasadena’s Playhouse’s Marriage Musical series.
