Possessor of one of the most unforgettable, uniquely beautiful voices of all time, Russian baritone Dmitri Hvorostovsky has captivated audiences in opera houses and concert halls around the globe. Renowned for his recital appearances, he unleashes his luminous artistry to penetrate to the emotional core of the art song repertoire with an array of expressive shadings and ever-shifting vocal colors.

Mr. Hvorostovsky will partner with pianist Ivari Ilja in a recital that includes Russian romances based on poems by Alexander Pushkin, as well as Shostakovich’s Suite on Verses of Michelangelo Buonarroti.
