Write Act Rep’s Spotlight Series shines again on its mission to the development of theatre artists in the Los Angeles community. The New Director Series is dedicated to new directors showing the potential, focus and dedication needed to promote the vision of stronger author voices needed in Los Angeles theatre. This program works in conjunction with Write Act Rep’s Writer’s Lab and Improv Lab.
Compass Points features the directorial artistry of Greg Crafts, Susannah Myrvold, Tracy Peyton and Colleen Reilly with the written works of The Call by Willard Manus, Q.E.D. by Lisa K. Wyatt, Happy Hour by Jim Blanchette and The Human Chair by Joan Silsby, respectively.
*Special added performance on Wednesday, Jan. 17 @ 8 p.m. Tickets for the Jan. 17 performance go directly to the New Directors Series. Refreshments included (refreshments may be taken into the air-conditioned theatre).
