Call Boy

In Call Boy, Eddie Hopkins has come to Hollywood to pursue his dream to become an actor. But before he realizes it he has succumbed to the temptations of easy money as a hustler. But the lifestyle brings more than he bargained for when he finds himself lying to his girlfriend in order to cover the truth. He turns to drugs and alcohol to numb the building pain. When his best friend contracts HIV, their procurer has him killed. Eddie finds out too late that he is trapped and that the dream he has been pursuing has suddenly become an unending nightmare.
