Brontë Cycle, The

The mystique and romance of the Brontë sisters is brought to life in California Repertory’s production of John O’Keefe’s play The Brontë Cycle. This play examines the lives of Charlotte, Emily and Anne as they blossom into womanhood and artistic maturity. The audience witnesses the gloom and despair of their lives, as well as their playful imaginary worlds which ultimately evolved into powerful novels and poetry.
