The popular comic-strip heroine, Annie is a Depression-era orphan determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the steps of the New York City Orphanage. Her adventures in eluding the cruel Miss Hannigan, meeting President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and charming billionaire Oliver Warbucks, are accomplished with faithful adopted dog Sandy by her side. This production features a cast of young performers, under age 20, who tell the story of the loveable orphan, including memorable songs of “Tomorrow,” “Hard Knock Life,” and “Little Girls.”
