A Magic Christmas

A world premiere of new holiday comedy by Dakin Matthews, A Magic Christmas is a modern retelling of the Magi story, combining the traditional Mexican posada and the more recent Dickens-type tradition. Presented by Andak Stage Company.

In the play, three professional magicians from the East Coast come to Lake Tahoe at Christmastime to attend a magic convention, only to find that their housekeepers, a very young José and a very pregnant Maria, are being sought by immigration and homeland security officials.
