About This Show

In International City Theatre’s circus version of the timeless tale, we encounter a company of traveling clowns – including singers, dancers, jugglers, acrobats, mimes, stilt walkers and life-sized puppets – who create a magical world of make-believe. The clowns and puppets quickly become the characters in Dicken’s classic Christmas story, and we are pulled into the life of Ebenezer Scrooge as the Christmas Spirits work their magic and warm his heart. Based on the novel by Charles Dickens, the show is adapted by Doris Baizley and directed by caryn desai.
