Social media sensation Kristin Falcone, @ThatHairDressaKristin has reinvented the classic variety show for a modern audience with the outrageous characters, family stories and unmistakably Italian-American world she has built online. Her videos across social platforms have received tens of millions of views, with audiences following Carol and her family through ongoing mini-series, storylines and everyday chaos. Now, for the first time, that world comes to life on stage.

IT’S CAROL! is where social media meets the stage — blending the world audiences have followed on their screens with the interactivity and unpredictability of live theater. Familiar characters and storylines step out of the phone and into the room, while original video, live scenes and audience interaction merge the on-screen and in-person experience.

The goal is to make the audience feel the same way they do when following Carol online: like they are part of her life, part of the chaos and, most importantly, part of the family. Only now, they’re experiencing it with her in real time.

IT’S CAROL! centers on Kristin’s fan-favorite character Carol Clarcone, alongside her sisters Bernadette, Loretta and Connie, in a fast, interactive evening blending scripted comedy, original video, audience participation, music, special guests and plenty of controlled chaos.

Over the course of the night, Carol heads to therapy, takes over her therapist’s practice and begins giving advice to the audience, battles her sisters, confronts the staff at Aunt Louisa’s nursing home, hosts her legendary “Carol-oke,” welcomes a special guest performer, and eventually discovers that the biggest mystery of the evening may have been sitting right under her nose.
