Mozart and his contemporaries shine in this spirited program featuring his very first symphony and horn concerto, Haydn’s iconic “Farewell” symphony at the end of which musicians leave the stage one by one, plus a symphony by Chevalier de Saint-Georges, a prodigiously talented violinist, conductor, master fencer and a one-time roommate of Mozart’s.
