"There's a lot of fans of the album…but now we get to bring them the entire show and share that with them," says Andrew Samonsky of his starring role in the upcoming tour of the Broadway musical The Bridges of Madison County, in this inside look at the tour's photo shoot.
In the show, which based on the novel of the same name by Robert James Waller, Samonsky plays a traveling photographer who embarks on a life-changing four-day love affair with an Iowa farmwife (Elizabeth Stanley). The production features a Tony-winning score and Tony-winning orchestrations by Jason Robert Brown with a book by Marsha Norman. For the tour, Bartlett Sher's original Broadway direction will be re-created by Tyne Rafaeli.
