Carla Harting, Stephen Schnetzer, and More Set for Arena Stage’s Legacy of Light

Casting has been announced for the world premiere of Karen Zacarías’ Legacy of Light, to run May 8-June 4, with an opening set for May 14. Molly Smith will direct.

The play is described as “a funny and moving romp about the passion for truth as lived by two different women in their separate eras.”

The cast will feature Lise Bruneau as Émilie du Châtelet and Carla Harting as modern-day Dr. Olivia Hasting Brown, with Stephen Schnetzer, Michael Russotto, Lindsey Kyler, and David Covington.
