Alexander Doll Company to Release Legally Blonde Collection

The Alexander Doll Company will release two new Madame Alexander dolls based on the character of Elle Woods in the Broadway musical Legally Blonde.

One doll will show Elle on her way to her first class at Harvard Law School, wearing a hot pink blazer, a matching cropped hot pink top, cropped denim pants, hot pink high-heeled boots, a paisley-print beret, and a hot pink purse -- as well as a law book. Her dog Bruiser, dressed in a hot pink sweater, is attached to her by a pink leash. The second doll, the "Grand Finale," has Elle in a showstopping pink dress with pink rhinestones.

The Alexander Doll Company, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary, released Wicked dolls of Glinda and Elphaba last year.
