Jane Alexander stars in Eugene O’Neill’s Mourning Becomes Electra, directed by Gordon Edelstein. This rarely-produced masterpiece was the playwright’s first major Broadway success. O’Neill intersects ancient myth with modern psychology in post-Civil War America.
