Celebrating and exploring Middle Eastern and Western dance, Los Angeles-based Bellydance Evolution brings Alice in Wonderland to life. Bellydance Evolution offers a revolutionary approach to the whimsical and magical tale, reimagining the colorful, iconic, and (some might say) “mad” characters through the language of world fusion dance. Alice in Wonderland features a cast of 20 international performers who are passionate about their art in the fields of Middle Eastern dance and music; break dancing; theatrical hip-hop; and contemporary, tribal, and fusion dance. This show is a spectacular journey that is appropriate for all ages.
