Perfectly Persephone: Little Greek Myth

About This Show

The Imagination Stage presents Perfectly Persephone: Little Greek Myth by Kevin Kling, featuring music by Fahir Atakoglu.

How did the four seasons come to be? The answer to this question is revealed in an original fable based on the Greek story about a little girl called Persephone, her mother, the Goddess of the Harvest, and Hades, the mysterious God of the Underworld. In this witty, modern interpretation, Little Myth Persephone is mistress of her own fate. The play will take the audience on a journey to a faraway world, and bring them back to the here and now. Directed by Janet Stanford.

*Recommended for ages 4 and up.
