About This Show

Chet Baker was the poster boy for the laid-back sound that epitomized West Coast jazz. Sporting Hollywood idol good looks and a talent for the trumpet, he was on the fast track to fame. The music, however, played counterpoint to a dark side of Baker’s life filled with addiction, stormy romances and reckless living. Time After Time, featuring live performances of classics such as “Let’s Get Lost,” “Almost Blue” and “My Funny Valentine,” explores the enigmatic man behind the musical legend.
