About the Show

In December 1727 Double Falsehood was performed at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane because of the claim that it was a lost play by W. Shakespeare. Documentary records testify to the existence of a play, performed in 1613 by W. S. and John Fletcher. Is it Shakespeare or is it a fraud? Come see it and you decide.
