About This Show

The theme for the third annual Theatre Brut Festival of Short Plays is The Seven Deadly Sins. This theatrical marathon is presented over a three-day period with a different group of plays being presented each day. Each show is presented only once during the three-day festival, so theater goers looking for something new and unusual are encouraged to sign up for all three days. If past festivals are any indication, this event should be explosive, unexpected, raw, funny, and totally unorthodox. The festival features 28 plays (chosen from over 500 submissions), led by 28 directors and using over 60 actors. Included in this year’s offerings are:
