Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera makes a triumphant return to San Francisco as part of its North American tour. The show features brilliant new scenic design by Paul Brown, Tony Award-winning costume design by Maria Björnson, lighting design by Tony winner Paule Constable, new choreography by Scott Ambler, and new staging by director Laurence Connor. Overseen by Matthew Bourne and Cameron Mackintosh, the production boasts many special effects, including the legendary chandelier crash. The story and score — with songs such as "Music of the Night," "All I Ask of You," and "Masquerade" — are performed by a cast and orchestra of 52, making this Phantom one of the largest productions now on tour.
Note: No children under five are allowed at this show.
