Fedya, Liza, and Victor have been friends since childhood. Liza and Victor are in love. Which is kind of a problem because Liza is married to Fedya. Fedya has always known of Liza and Viktor’s love, and it torments him. Even Liza’s mother knows of their love, and she wants Liza to be with Viktor.
