Spencer Day

Widely regarded for his trademark honey baritone voice and original songs that blend compelling melodies, smart lyrics, and lush arrangements, Spencer Day has wooed audiences at venues all over the United States, including Birdland, Town Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, the Kennedy Center, and Tanglewood Music Center. Local fans were introduced to Spencer in 2007 when he performed at the San Francisco Jazz Festival and headlined at venues across the entire Bay Area.

Since then, Spencer Day has recorded six CDs including Vagabond in 2009 with the hit “Til You come To Me,” which reached the top spot on the Contemporary Jazz Billboard charts. His 2014 release, Daybreak, debuted at #1 on the iTunes Jazz chart and reflects Day’s roots in the Great American Songbook. For this return engagement in Feinstein’s at the Nikko, Spencer will sing songs from his upcoming album Angel City.
