Welcome to Tinseltown, 1934, where sexy starlets, cigar-chomping producers, fawning yes-men, and ga-ga columnists collide in a delectable blend of farce, fact, and fantasy. When filmaker Max Reinhardt’s remake of A Midsummer Night’s Dream loses its leading men, a flash of madcap magic allows Shakespeare’s Oberon and Puck to play themselves on the silver screen.
