ADDICTED…a comedy of substance

Chocolate, coffee, sex, golf, television, the internet…no addiction is off-limits in ADDICTED…a comedy of substance, written and performed by Bay Area native Mark Lundholm, and directed by Bob Balaban.

The show is Lundholm’s incredibly honest, moving, and unexpectedly hilarious autobiographical theater piece that takes the audience on a tumultuous journey through his childhood, adolescence, addiction, fatherhood, homelessness, rehab and a successful stand-up comedy career. With his boundless energy and sharp wit, Lundholm takes on a laundry list of addictions – from alcohol and drugs to some of life’s “milder,” yet more common addictions – work, money, shopping – many of which hit close to home for members of the audience.
