La Pastorela

Considered the oldest Christmas show in existence, La Pastorela tells the story (in English and Spanish) of the three shepherds who, on their way to Bethlehem, are waylaid by the devil and his minions, but the Archangels Michael and Gabriel step in to assist the weary travelers in reaching their destination. Each year, the story is told in a new and different way, often incorporating topical themes and music.
