About This Show

In this coming-of-age story, Jay’s life is turned upside down when his father leaves Jay and his younger brother Arty at their grandmother’s doorstep. Their grandmother is an opinionated German Jewish immigrant who shares her home with her daughter Bella and son Louie, who is hiding from the mob.
