Robert Dubac’s Male Intellect: The 2nd Coming

About the Show

This sequel to the 2007 Pittsburgh smash hit, Male Intellect: An Oxymoron?, focuses on, dissects, and then makes fun of the fundamental differences between the sexes and how those differences affect broader forces in society. The Cleveland Plain Dealer says you’ll be “laughing your head off” at Dubac’s “outrageous” and “politically incorrect” one man show.

In Robert Dubac’s Male Intellect: The 2nd Coming we take a fast paced joy ride over the pot-holed highway of sexual double standards. We meet along the way a host of colorful characters including: The Colonel – your typical my-way-or-the-highway kind of guy; Phillip Pomeroy – who uses his intelligence to rationalize his chauvinism; and Bobby/Bobbi – the masculine and feminine halves of a regular guy. In the second act, Dubac’s focus changes from the personal to the political, examining society at large with the same biting wit. The Cleveland News-Herald says "Dubac is charming and disarming… He’s a social satirist… cunning linguist… pop-philosopher and psycho-babble healer… but with a heaping helping of sarcasm and showmanship."
