Ragtime

Three diverse American families, one Wasp, one Black, one Jewish emigres, journey through a phantasmagoric landscape of historic figures and events in search of life, liberty and the American dream in this tumultuous triptych of our nation on the brink of a new century. This epic musical adaptation of E. L. Doctorow’s landmark novel Ragtime comes to life in an exciting interdisciplinary collaboration between Temple Theaters, the Department of Film/Media Arts, and with the participation of students of the Boyer College of Music and Dance.
