20th Century Classical and Broadway

The 60-member Choral Society of Pensacola will be joined by First City Winds–a select ensemble from the Pensacola Civic Band. Also performing will be the Fiesta Barbershop Chorus, the Pensacola State College Chorale and the Pensacola State College Jazz Choir. This lively and diverse evening of music will be conducted by Choral Society Artistic Director, Xiaolun Chen, and Pensacola Civic Band Director, Don Snowden. Pianist Ila Brown will provide additional accompaniment.

Highlighting the evening will be a performance of Igor Stravinsky’s beautiful "Symphony of Psalms" performed by the Choral Society. The Choral Society will also perform a medley from the musical West Side Story.
