A go-getting Madison Avenue adman is sent to Moscow to launch a new men’s aftershave. Instead, he unwittingly reveals NASA’s top secret Apollo Project. A world-famous movie star, a secretary with a heart of gold, a ballerina, a bitter shepherd, banjo-picking Marxists, Russian rocketeers, the CIA, the KGB, and a Soviet space dog mix it up to make this the musical comedy to end all musical comedies.
