World Beats, Feats, and Treats

One, two, and away we go, around the world in an afternoon with a mix of international globetrotters! Swooping in from France is the incomparable Roxanne Butterfly, tap dancing and prancing with her inimitable speed and grace. Heading east, spirited HT Chen and Dancers present playful parent/child romps incorporating traditional Chinese dance and music. Displaying a dizzying array of beats and feats, cosmopolitans David Parker and Jeffrey Kazin get themselves into and out of a very stick syncopated situation. Landing on our feat, we are just in time to catch up with Darrah Carr Dance as she fuses Irish step, modern dance, and percussive spoons to keep the whole world whirling. Accompanying us on our travels is the ever-exotic Rachelle Garniez and her down-home accordion, conjuring refrains ranging from the Bulgarian polka to German cabaret.
