Michael Rhodes’ new comedy receives its world premiere from the Tangent Theater Company. Wanderers weaves together the stories of Paul and Rose, two perfectly likable 20-somethings who are casualties of contemporary dating and relationships. Following a recent break-up, Rose admits her expectations of men are “dangerously low,” while Paul confesses he’s been “clueless” about women since the first girl he kissed ran away screaming when he was five. With the help (and occasional hindrance) of friends, each attempts to cope with that strange brew of fear and inertia, and give love one more shot. Keith Teller directs.
There is an additional Saturday matinee on September 24 at 2pm.
