About This Show

The premise of Viva Los Alamos…in 3-D is that the audience is attending the premiere screening of a never-before-seen movie starring the late king of rock and roll. The 3-D effects are so realistic, you’d swear that actors are standing on stage in front of you.(Oh, that’s right. They are.) Get ready for anything, including that most scary of all phrases: “audience participation.” Music is by Deirdre Broderick, with book and lyrics by Mike Katinsky. Come witness the nuclear fall-out as the cast dishes out the cold-war blues in this musical parody. Atlanta’s Surround Stagings brings the production to NYC for the New York International Fringe Festival.
