About This Show

Makor presents The Looking Glass Forum Spring 2004, a part of the company’s mission to reflect life on the stage with truth and theatricality while exploring a female vision/aesthetic. The performance schedule is as follows:

In seven scenes, you will come to understand why everyone is going to hell.

127 Cups of Coffee by Dara Hope Weinerman and directed by Margaret Hall
On a college campus, in the Philosophy Department, we’ll find a boy, a girl, coffee and the search for meaning.

The Disappearance Conundrum by Rachel Axler and directed by Alicia Andrews
A dark comedy about love, marriage, and an apartment where furniture seems to vanish without a trace.

Glass Slipper, Size 8 1/2 by Jacqueline Floyd and directed by Sarah Jenness
A modern day fairytale on getting over your happily ever after.

The War Zone is My Bed by Yasmine Rana and directed by Caroline Raymond
Against the backdrop of war, American journalist faces his lover in a final goodbye and must also confront the painful truth about himself.
