The Ballad of Round Eyes

The Ballad of Round Eyes is built for mobility, like an army surgical unit, and is not dependent on the technical apparatus of a theatre. Through movement, sound, music, text and the innovative use of stage properties, the ensemble creates wartime Vietnam: the unutterable personal hell of the daily job of war juxtaposed with a physical setting of unspeakable beauty and human bonds of extraordinary intensity.
