Returning to New York after 15 years, Seattle-based choreographer Pat Graney brings us Tattoo, the final episode of her nationally-acclaimed triptych. The work is a daring ride through human history, exploring how generations of personal memories have left “tattoos” imprinted on our minds. With lampshade skirts, long-flailing hair, and flamenco-like stomping, this performance creates a collage of visually stunning vignettes.
There is an open dress rehearsal for viewing on May 17 at 3pm. Admission is $5.
