About This Show

Created by Alan Friedman, a former mild-mannered reporter for a great metropolitan New Jersey newspaper, as well as a former congressional aide and a member of the DC satire group Capitol Steps, the eleven-member company of Southern Discomfort satires a wide variety of subjects: ranging from the Clintons to George W., from Jerry Springer to Kathie Lee Gifford, and Viagra to Atlanta Braves pitcher John Rocker (always a favorite of New York sports fans).
There is a two-drink minimum at this performance.
