About This Show

Songs from the Pac-Man
Dust off the old arcade game and warm up your joystick, because everybody’s favorite little yellow fellow is BACK! In this off-kilter tribute, join Pac-Man as he travels through an endless world of chasing dots, chasing Ms. Pac-Man, and chasing that elusive cherry. Equal parts gaming-manual and Brechtian postmodernist absurdism, Songs from the Pac-Man inhabits a world of over-consumption and repetition, sex and death, high-scores and game-overs, where there just may be NO end… as long as you don’t run out of quarters. PAKU PAKU!!

Loose Ladies
New York City lies in rubble after a great chemical-biological-nuclear war. The genes of gays, lesbians, and other social deviants have been mutated, giving them SUPER POWERS. President Condoleezza Rice conspires to create a perfect society by eliminating all deviance — a society where government-run science controls the population and the only men strong enough to fight back are four drag queens. They are men of the world and LADIES OF THE NIGHT, waging war against injustice and using their newly-acquired super powers to overthrow the government in the name of Lady Liberty. (A workshop production of Act I.)
