Do we ever really grow up? How do the events of our childhood shape our sexual identities? How does the past color our present and future? Real Live Sex On Stage reminds us of the magic and the horror that is childhood.
This new comic drama tells the story of 6 men and women in their twenties (both gay & straight) who share the memory of a tragic event from their childhood that forever altered their view of sex & sexuality. As the twentieth “anniversary” of the event approaches, memories begin to surface in the form of nightmares. They decide to honor a pact they made to reunite twenty years later–and let go of the past that controls them. In the process, they uncover hidden truths about themselves and each other, often with hilarious results.
