About This Show

Naive young Civil War bride Beth Ann discovers the joys, heartbreaks and befuddlement of waiting at home for her soldier husband in Possum Creek, Ohio. In a solo show featuring a dozen characters and spanning 30 years, Possum Creek skewers Civil War epics and the documentaries they inspire, and features illicit loves, plagues, a possible romantic interlude with Harriet Tubman, illegitimate babies, and of course, a beloved pig.
