After a general concensus, the Collier children decide to move their aging parents to Harlem from rural Virginia. The children are confronted with the realization that their parents may not adjust to “city life” as they had hoped. Nonetheless, the plot thickens as tempers flare against a backdrop of 1930’s signature music and dance.
