Much Ado About Nothing (Gorilla Rep)

Brian Olsen directs Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing outdoors in Fort Tryon Park for Gorilla Rep. The story focuses on the nihilistic Benedick and the enigmatic Beatrice, both in varying states of denial of their passion for one another. The duo is contrasted by the dear love between Hero and Claudio, until foul play enters the game…along with the security-challenged constable Dogberry and his not-so-vigilant volunteer police squad.
