About the Show

A group of gay friends in New York during the first days of AIDS deal with the onslaught of a new disease and a new set of fears in Marc Castle’s Friends and Family. While showing how the characters progress over the course of more than a decade, the play focuses mainly on the basic humanity of the characters as they search for love and fulfillment in a world that feels increasingly lonely.
